OUR MISSION
“Empowering the young generation to think creatively, solve problems with confidence, and collaborate effectively, harnessing technology as a powerful enabler to thrive in the jobs of the future”
OUR STORY
OzCode Academy began with a simple realisation—many children weren’t being given the digital skills they need to confidently navigate the world they’re growing up in.
As parents, we see how naturally kids engage with technology every day. But using devices isn’t the same as understanding them. Across the ACT and beyond, we saw a gap between what children consume and what they can create—and that gap matters.
In a world where technology shapes how we live, learn, and work, digital literacy is becoming just as important as reading and maths. The ability to think logically, solve problems, and create with technology will play a big role in the opportunities available to our children in the future.
We’re also seeing universities place a renewed emphasis on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) in response to the digital explosion of the 21st century—further reinforcing how important these skills are for the next generation.
By introducing coding from an early age, we empower children to go beyond simply consuming technology. Instead, they can begin to think like creators—building, designing, and adapting the digital world around them.
That’s why OzCode Academy exists—to give your child the confidence and skills not just to use technology, but to understand it, create with it, and thrive in a rapidly evolving digital world.
OUR TEAM
Our tutors are passionate young graduates who not only love coding, but are genuinely driven to inspire the next generation of thinkers and creators. They relate easily to young learners, bringing energy, patience, and enthusiasm into every session to create a supportive environment where children feel comfortable to explore, ask questions, and build confidence at their own pace.
We believe that when learning is engaging, it becomes meaningful. That’s why our tutors focus on making every class interactive, hands-on, and fun—turning complex concepts into exciting challenges and real-world applications that spark curiosity and creativity.
Importantly, all our tutors have experience working with children and hold a current Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) check, so you can feel assured your child is learning in a safe, supportive, and trusted environment.]
