Builder Age 11+
With a solid foundation from the explorer program, students are introduced to the world of line coding, through powerful and current languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS where they will design and make mobile apps and program dynamic front-end web apps and games.
The kid will learn robotics and engineering through interactive and group projects using the micro: bit, Arduino, and Raspberry Pi microprocessors.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand game animation and behavior setting
- Understand back-end coding for animation
- Hands-on design and programming of games
- Introduction to speeds, distances, positions, and angles
- Familiarize with language syntax
- Write code for loops, conditions functions
- Introduction to line coding concepts with Python, HTML/CSS and Java Script
