Explorer - Those familiar with block based coding and wish to progress further
With an emphasis on creativity, conceptual thinking and problem solving, students will use higher level Scratch and other block-based coding programs such as Construct 3, App Inventor, Flow Lab and CoSpaces to develop more complex games and animation.
Students will then apply the concepts learnt and progress on to line coding languages such as Python, Java Script and HTML/CSS web page designing, where they will be introduced to levels 1, 2 and 3 of line coding.

- Hands-on design and programming of games
- Introduction to speeds, distances, positions, and angles
- Familiarize with language syntax
- Introduction to line coding concepts with Python, HTML/CSS and Java Script
What you will need:
- This program does not support Ipad or school issued Chromebooks
- Individually purchased laptops are fine to use
- Download and install Zoom from https://zoom.us/ onto your desktop or laptop
